About the role

Relay Human Cloud is seeking a Controller to support its CFO in managing the company’s accounting functions. This position will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations across our international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll and ensure its accuracy.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end reports and filings.
• Deposit checks, maintain cash receipts, and handle bank deposits.
• Create general ledger entries, including month‑end accruals and journal entries.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by ownership.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong data‑entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Stable work history.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
