Controlling (Finance Business Partner) – Automotive Car Audio

About the role

The Strategic Business Unit Car Audio at HARMAN Automotive is seeking an experienced Controller to act as a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Car Audio SBU Controller, you will provide financial analysis, support analytics, and track key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver standard presentations for monthly management meetings.
• Use Business Warehouse (SAP BW) to report and analyse revenue and contribution margin.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams for variance analysis and future trend insights.
• Research and implement process‑improvement initiatives, including third‑party brand license reporting.
• Validate new business awards within Salesforce and monitor Amplify measures.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to create or update IP fee business cases.
• Handle ad‑hoc financial requests as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or controlling.
• Understanding of project‑related accounting and GL P&L.
• Ability to explain financial concepts to non‑controlling audiences.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting at a Juarez or Querétaro office.
