Corporate Communications Specialist – Mexico

About the role

The Corporate Communications team at Henkel Mexico is looking for a specialist to design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances internal engagement and strengthens the company’s external positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal communications across all business units and corporate functions.
• Develop engaging content for internal channels such as News HUB, email newsletters, and internal campaigns.
• Ensure visual identity and messaging consistency across all initiatives.
• Coordinate key internal announcements, including strategic initiatives, business updates, and major milestones.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events.
• Guarantee compliance with global communication guidelines, brand standards, and corporate policies.
• Assist in the execution of Henkel’s external corporate communications strategy in Mexico.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience working with regional or global teams is a strong plus.
• Excellent writing skills in Spanish and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
