Costa Coffee Trade Marketing Leader

About the role

Jugos Del Valle-Santa Clara, the non-carbonated beverage company of the Mexican Coca-Cola industry, is looking for a Trade Marketing Leader for Costa Coffee in Mexico City. The role develops and executes the trade marketing plan for Costa Coffee, aligning it with the brand's and business's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run trade marketing plans, promotional initiatives and point-of-sale experiences that drive brand visibility, product trial and sales growth.
• Coordinate campaigns, communication materials and in-store displays across channels, keeping them consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage agencies and vendors producing and implementing promotional materials and activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to identify commercial opportunities and ensure effective execution.
• Oversee the trade marketing budget, monitor spending and evaluate the ROI of initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competition and consumer behaviour, track KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Prepare performance reports for stakeholders and management.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in trade marketing, commercial marketing or channel development, preferably in CPG, food & beverage or coffee shop industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• Experience designing commercial strategies, POS promotions, brand management, product launches and communication materials.

Required skills

• Trade marketing strategy planning and POS execution.
• Sales performance analysis, market share tracking, ROI and budget management.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation and data analysis tools.
