Courier – Package Delivery & Collection

About the role

FedEx Express is seeking courteous and efficient couriers to handle package delivery, sorting, and collection services. You will represent the company professionally while ensuring timely and safe transport of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages and documents using non‑articulated vehicles.
• Inspect, sort, and label shipments according to FedEx service standards.
• Complete all required paperwork, including air waybills and tax invoices.
• Load and unload vehicles, aircraft, and containers, operating ramp equipment as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform minor maintenance, and uphold a neat personal appearance.
• Provide customers with information on FedEx services and address their questions.
• Identify and report any illegal or hazardous shipments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of experience driving 3.5‑ton trucks.
• Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift 55 lb (25 kg) and maneuver packages up to 150 lb (68 kg) with equipment.
