Creative Copywriter

About the role

RGX, a digital marketing agency serving home‑service businesses, is looking for a senior Creative Copywriter who can turn half‑formed ideas into clear, compelling copy. You will work across multiple client brands, shaping strategy and messaging before the first line is written.

Key responsibilities

• Write copy for emails, paid ads, landing pages, websites, blogs, content offers, scripts, direct mail and other varied assignments.
• Develop hooks, headlines, messaging angles and concepts that give each project a strong starting point.
• Transform client notes, strategy briefs, and rough ideas into copy with a clear purpose.
• Adapt voice and tone across 3‑6 different brands while maintaining precision and brand distinctiveness.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and account teams to strengthen work before publication.
• Leverage AI tools when they accelerate workflow, but know when to step back to keep copy authentic.
• Identify pressure points, cut filler, and ensure every sentence earns its place.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience across digital channels.
• Strong English fluency, grammar, and command of language at a native or near‑native level.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of work: ads, emails, landing pages, blogs, scripts, etc.
• Senior‑level judgment and the ability to own projects from strategy to final copy.
