Creative Project Manager

About the role

The Creative Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of creative projects, turning briefs into final executions while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role acts as the central hub for internal teams and clients, solving creative and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from concept through completion, serving as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional partners.
• Gather requirements and design direction, brief creative teams, and ensure seamless transfer of assets.
• Allocate resources, oversee tasks, timelines, and specialized production needs with strong attention to detail.
• Develop structured project plans with realistic milestones and proactively resolve challenges.
• Foster collaboration, maintain transparent communication, and align stakeholders with strategic objectives.
• Adhere to established workflows and SOPs to meet service standards and client expectations.
• Handle financial reconciliation, budgeting, billing, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and schedules using workflow management tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in creative agencies, digital advertising, in‑house creative teams, or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Professional English proficiency for business communication and client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage medium to high‑complexity creative projects with cross‑functional teams.
