About the role
The CRM Associate ensures the stable, day‑to‑day operation of CRM platforms at the country level, acting as first‑line support and executing critical operational processes that keep the business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the CRM strategy in line with business priorities and global guidance.
- Select, manage, and operate CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, OnCore, MCCP, VIP Tool, CRM of the Future), overseeing road‑maps, releases and enhancements.
- Own end‑to‑end CRM operations, defining processes, SOPs, manuals and playbooks in coordination with Data Governance and IT.
- Drive user adoption and change management through role‑based training and fast issue‑resolution support channels.
- Partner with BI and Analytics to turn CRM data into actionable insights for sales and marketing.
- Support sales force performance evaluation, territory design and target setting.
- Lead cross‑functional CRM projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery against KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in CRM operations, commercial operations or sales‑force enablement, preferably in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries.
- Strong collaboration, drive and team spirit.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to lead change in dynamic environments.
- Proactive, curious and resilient mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Required skills
- Experience with Veeva CRM.
- Experience with OnCore.
- Experience with MCCP.
- Experience with VIP Tool.
- General CRM platform management and integration knowledge.
