Customer-Facing SEO Specialist

About the Position

Join Event Hawk, the leading marketing software provider for the US party rental industry, as a Customer-Facing SEO Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical SEO excellence and client success, ensuring our 2,000+ clients achieve measurable growth through strategic search optimization.

Main Missions

• Lead Zoom meetings with clients to present SEO progress and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and translate findings into actionable, high-impact strategic plans.
• Manage and execute SEO tasks, including on-page optimization (titles, meta descriptions, content) and site structure/internal linking improvements.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude) to develop SOPs, workflows, and process automations.
• Monitor weekly rankings, traffic, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous growth.
• Identify new keyword opportunities and content ideas to drive organic visibility.
• Continuously refine and scale SEO processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Must be able to work 40 hours/week (9 AM - 5 PM CST) in a fully remote environment.
• Must possess a reliable computer, high-speed internet, a quality webcam, and a quiet workspace.
