Customer Service Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our international support team. As a Customer Service Ambassador you will be the first point of contact for users in your assigned language region, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email and chat channels.
• Assist customers in the designated country/language region, answering inquiries and troubleshooting problems.
• Diagnose and resolve software or hardware related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably supporting software or hardware products.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
