Customer Service Associate Analyst (Bilingual English/French)

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Canadian Field Sales team as a Customer Service Associate Analyst. You will be the primary point of contact for sales and customer inquiries, delivering fast, accurate, and professional support in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and Field Sales inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Manage requests end‑to‑end: intake, validation, execution, and follow‑up until resolution.
• Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Update and validate customer, account, and transaction data in internal systems such as Power App.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., CMAT, Snacks to You, Finance) to resolve issues.
• Monitor shared inboxes, track issues, and document cases for visibility.
• Identify recurring problems, suggest process improvements, and support standardisation efforts.
• Provide backup coverage to ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or operations support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple time‑sensitive tasks.
