About the role
The company is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. This full‑time position focuses on delivering prompt, courteous assistance to customers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.
- Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+); fluency in Spanish.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and related tools.
