Customer Service Representative – On‑site in Guadalajara

About the role

Bizee is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to work on‑site in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will be the first point of contact for clients navigating the business formation process, helping them understand services and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate information about incorporation and registered agent services.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving concerns throughout the entity formation journey.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by following Bizee’s service standards.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system and keep records up to date.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and offer solution‑oriented responses.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational abilities to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• Prior customer‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
