Customer Service Representative (Outbound Call Center) – Sales Focus

About the role

Join a global contact‑center provider as a Customer Service Representative focused on outbound sales. You will work remotely, using your communication skills to engage prospects, pre‑qualify them for life‑insurance quotes, and set up appointments for licensed advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional tone throughout each conversation.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes.
• Handle objections confidently and keep the dialogue moving forward.
• Gather accurate customer information and transfer qualified leads to licensed Sales Advisors.
• Maintain quality and performance standards while adhering to schedule.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with comfort speaking to new people daily.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Effective communication, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Experience in pre‑sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 or macOS operating systems.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote schedule (9 AM – 6 PM EDT, 5 days/week).
• Base pay of $3.98 per hour (approximately $788 per month) plus performance bonuses up to $500 per month.
