Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, personalized support across multiple customer channels.
• Act as an extension of clients' brands, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and premium.
• Utilize leading CX technology such as Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk to enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver proactive solutions that elevate the customer journey beyond expectations.
• Collaborate with CX Coaches and Service Excellence Leaders to optimize performance and results.

Required profile

• Passionate about CX and brand representation.
• Advanced fluent English (C2 level) with strong communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to digital tools and evolving processes.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on quality and excellence.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
