Customer Solutions Account Manager

About the role

The Customer Solutions Account Manager oversees and coordinates sales and solution programs for major corporate accounts. This role works closely with dealers, internal partners, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and drive additional business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication lines within the organization to meet customer requirements.
• Consult with dealers and internal business partners on sales and service support for corporate accounts.
• Design processes to inform customers about rates, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and other relevant information.
• Work directly with customers to gather information, sell additional products and services, and ensure their needs are met.

• Excellent communication and consultation skills with dealers and internal teams.
