Customer Success Coordinator – Remote

About the role

As a Customer Success Coordinator you will own the post‑order experience, acting as the main liaison between customers, manufacturers and our internal team as projects progress from production to installation and beyond. The role combines customer service, project coordination, CRM management and post‑installation follow‑up to turn satisfied customers into repeat buyers and brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after order submission.
• Respond to customer calls, emails and texts regarding existing orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on production, installation and warranty updates.
• Follow up on delayed orders and unresolved concerns until they are resolved.
• Conduct post‑installation follow‑up to confirm customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Identify referral and future sales opportunities for the sales team.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently.
• Positive, professional, customer‑first attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across customers, manufacturers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot a plus).
