Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Influencer Marketing)

About the role

Insense is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help brands achieve their goals using our creator‑marketing platform. You will onboard new clients, nurture ongoing relationships, and provide proactive support to ensure they get maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Become an expert on the Insense platform and paid social advertising to advise clients and solve issues.
• Drive client activation campaigns and recommend growth opportunities based on data and new product features.
• Monitor accounts for churn risk and act proactively to retain customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to improve the product and service offering.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer success or similar experience in SaaS or marketing.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project‑tracking tools.
