Customer Success Representative – Remote Latin America

About the role

The Savings Group is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join its remote team serving Latin America. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in vehicle purchases, refinances, or existing loan applications, providing a world‑class experience across phone, email and text.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inbound/outbound communications via email, phone, and text.
• Complete customer applications, gather required information and consent, and document all activity in internal systems.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department (e.g., titles, payoff, loan specialist) when beyond scope.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, and interactions.
• Support legal and compliance requirements during the application process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift of 10 am‑7 pm MST, including one Saturday per month.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using multiple software tools and learning new platforms quickly.
