Customer Success Representative (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

Evo Pest Control is seeking a fluent English speaker based in Mexico to join its growing US Midwest team as a Remote Customer Success Representative. You will work full‑time, Monday to Friday, handling inbound and outbound communications with American customers via phone, email, and text.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for thousands of customers across the US Midwest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer accounts, identify growth opportunities, and conduct warm outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to meet performance targets.
• Navigate CRM tools (FieldRoutes) and adapt quickly to new systems.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency (no accent that hinders comprehension).
• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
• Tech‑savvy, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from a quiet home office.
• Stable internet connection.
