Customer Support Specialist – Utility Services (Remote, 4‑month contract)

About the role

Utility Profit is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help renters complete and verify their utility orders. This is a remote, full‑time position for a 4‑month contract, serving customers primarily in Mexico or within two hours of the US Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Assist renter customers with placing utility orders and explaining water, electric, gas, and internet options.
• Communicate with renters via phone, text, and email to provide support and answer questions.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and, when needed, coordinate with utility providers.
• Support additional client‑related activities as time allows, contributing to overall team goals.

Required profile

• Available for a 4‑month full‑time contract with some weekend availability.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in Mexico or within a two‑hour radius of the US Central Time Zone.
