Data Analyst – Data & AI Team

About the role

Join PepsiCo's Data and AI team to build data products and strengthen the data foundation for Frito‑Lay North America. As a Data Analyst you will design, develop and maintain data pipelines, models and visualisations that enable data‑driven decision making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support business decisions.
• Design and implement data infrastructure, real‑time streaming and batch processing pipelines.
• Own data quality and expertise for pipelines, ensuring integrity throughout the analysis process.
• Clean, transform and prepare large‑scale datasets for advanced analytics, AI and machine learning projects.
• Build analyses and prototypes in Python with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Lead design, code and process review sessions to enforce standards and performance guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI and Python.
• Strong Power BI (backend/frontend) skills for creating compelling reports and dashboards.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Python/PySpark for large‑scale ETL transformations.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
