Data Analyst – Fintech (Mexico)

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Fintech line of business in Mexico. The role will provide localized insights and help drive operational execution for the credit‑card product, working closely with regional engagement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business analysis for Mexico’s credit‑card offering.
• Translate market dynamics into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with the credit‑card Engagement Operation team on go‑to‑market strategies, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives.
• Monitor and report key business metrics through dashboards and performance reviews tailored to the Mexican market.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by coordinating with data engineering and governance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Fluency in English.
