Data (Delivery) Analyst

About the role

As a Data (Delivery) Analyst you will design, set up, monitor and validate data product workflows for client accounts, ensuring they meet service level agreements and security policies. You will work within Acxiom’s data platform, managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks and delivering high‑quality outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage source file receipt with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Design, construct and execute data workflows, verify input/output counts and monitor processing.
• Audit and validate results against historical trends and client specifications.
• Deliver accurate output to clients through appropriate data processing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with quality‑assurance processes, project requirements and SLAs.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve data or processing issues, advising on necessary fixes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders, lead client meetings and act as point of contact for solution components.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines, including after‑hours monitoring when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with SQL / PL‑SQL.
