About the role

Cognizant is looking for a Desktop Support professional to join its team in Naucalpan. You will provide expert remote desktop assistance, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users maximize productivity. The role is fully onsite and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert remote desktop support to ensure smooth operations for all users.
