Desktop Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite end‑user assistance, manage office IT infrastructure, and oversee asset lifecycle activities. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of remote teams and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot network switches, routers, access points and other office infrastructure components.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle: receipt, imaging, deployment, tracking, warranty repairs and disposal.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, conference‑room technology, digital signage and other project‑based initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
