Destination Services Sales Representative

About the role

Join TUI's Destination Services team as a Sales Representative, helping international guests in Playa del Carmen or Cancun discover and book the perfect holiday experience. You will work on‑site, interacting with travelers at airports, hotels and online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify guests' travel needs and match them with TUI products and services.
• Promote and sell additional services, generating commission based on performance.
• Provide assistance and resolve complex issues for traditional and digital guests.
• Participate in product‑knowledge trips, meetings and training sessions.
• Track sales targets and gather guest feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Friendly, team‑oriented individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic during challenging situations.
• Legal right to work in Mexico and residency in Playa del Carmen or Cancun.
• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.

• Base salary starting at 8,400 MXN gross per month.
• Average commission potential of about 1,500 USD per month.
