DevOps / Cloud Engineer – Multi‑cloud SaaS Platform

About the role

Pathlock is seeking an experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join its global DevOps team. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and automation of a multi‑cloud SaaS platform that serves hundreds of enterprise tenants across AWS and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational workflows.
• Own and improve observability and monitoring with Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Develop tools and scripts in Python, Go, Bash, and PowerShell to enhance developer experience.
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters using Helm, Argo, and KEDA.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code across AWS and Azure environments.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, perform root‑cause analysis, and write post‑mortems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed operational excellence and reliability into the product.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer in a production SaaS environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo.
• Proficiency in YAML, Bash, Python, and Go.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic Stack, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
