DevOps Engineer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead and expand its automation, cloud, and deployment initiatives. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier technologists, shaping robust infrastructure and continuous delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines using modern tools.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions on AWS and manage infrastructure as code.
• Deploy, configure, and secure complex Kubernetes environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident‑response processes.
• Drive security and compliance best practices, performing regular audits.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote automation across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ for scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and clean code.
• Advanced English communication skills.
