Digital & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Donaldson is seeking a Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to lead Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy for Mexico and LATAM. The role translates commercial priorities into high‑impact brand, digital, and demand‑generation initiatives while driving digital transformation to support sales effectiveness and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital platforms (web, e‑commerce, portals, automation, HighSpot), including content, sales plays, and performance analytics.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market narratives to drive engagement, lead generation, conversion, and sales enablement.
• Develop digital and physical sales tools such as webinars, demos, video selling, email campaigns, and podcasts.
• Oversee lead nurturing and CRM integration using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
• Define KPIs, track ROI, manage budget execution, and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital customer acquisition and virtual selling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• 2+ years with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
• Desktop publishing skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 2+ years with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; intermediate Portuguese preferred.
• Global business experience and ability to collaborate across cultures, based in Mexico with LATAM responsibility.
