Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to boost NILO®'s online presence and e‑commerce sales across the US market. Working remotely from LATAM, you will combine influencer marketing, paid media management, and content planning to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage influencers across relevant niches; negotiate collaborations and manage deliverables.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Designer to plan and organize social‑media content calendars, generate ideas for reels, TikToks, and trending campaigns.
• Produce bi‑weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze results, and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social‑media trends.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
