About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to become the strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of clients at a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Colorado. You will translate complex data into clear growth strategies, guiding businesses across the United States to increase online visibility and capture high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and serve as the primary advisor throughout the relationship.
• Design and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies covering SEO, paid media, local search, and analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, identifying trends and addressing challenges.
• Prepare high‑level recommendations and reports that turn marketing data into actionable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure execution aligns with client goals.
• Identify new service opportunities or strategic pivots to maximize client ROI.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships by acting as a consultant rather than a task manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of client‑facing experience in a digital marketing agency, managing account strategy and performance.
• Proven ability to develop and present data‑driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
