Digital Media Buyer Trainee (Mexico City)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to join our fast‑growing team in Mexico City. The role provides hands‑on exposure to a wide range of performance‑marketing channels, allowing you to develop practical skills in paid social, search, programmatic and more.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing.
• Support programmatic buying using demand‑side platforms to purchase display, video and native inventory.
• Help create and manage email, affiliate, SEO and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on strategy and performance goals.
• Build KPI dashboards, generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in A/B testing, consumer research and data‑driven decision making.
