Digital Product Manager

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of digital commerce capabilities that enable business customers to discover, evaluate, and purchase products across one of the world’s largest B2B commerce ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Improve customer discovery, evaluation, and selection experiences through personalized digital journeys.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Merchandising, UX, and Engineering to present contract pricing, promotions, and volume discounts effectively.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities to boost conversion performance and merchandising effectiveness.
• Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends to inform product direction.
• Conceptualize and implement end‑to‑end digital capabilities across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
• Partner with UX to apply design‑thinking principles and build frictionless experiences.
• Develop MVPs, run A/B and multivariate tests, and iterate based on analytics.
• Define personalization strategies using customer profiles, purchasing behavior, and account context.
• Work with Digital Marketing to deliver tailored merchandising, recommendations, and promotional experiences.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Experience in digital product management within B2B commerce environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into product decisions.
