About the role

The Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, an all‑inclusive oceanfront resort, is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head its Rooms Division. This senior position oversees all aspects of guest accommodation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all Rooms Division activities, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Maintain and exceed quality standards set by Forbes, LHW, AAA, and other luxury benchmarks.
• Develop and implement revenue‑maximizing strategies while preserving exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, food & beverage, and other departments to align service delivery with brand promises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in luxury, all‑inclusive, or similar hotel environments.
• Fluent English with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
