About the role

We are seeking a senior digital leader to shape the future of digital growth across Latin America and the Caribbean. Reporting to the Regional President, this high‑impact position will define and execute a forward‑looking digital agenda that drives revenue, enhances customer experience, and builds operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the regional digital strategy, covering ecommerce, mobile apps, kiosks, digital ordering, CRM, loyalty and data‑driven insights.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital products and services that meet commercial targets.
• Manage 3rd‑party delivery partnerships and optimize delivery economics.
• Collaborate with the regional leadership team to align digital initiatives with overall growth objectives.
• Champion change across multiple markets and matrixed environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation, ecommerce or digital product leadership.
• Exposure to retail, fintech, or other consumer‑facing digital businesses.
• Ability to drive change in multi‑market, matrixed settings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
