About the role
The Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to shape and execute the overall F&B strategy for its luxury resort. This senior leader will drive guest experience excellence while delivering revenue growth and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure brand standards and service excellence are consistently met.
- Manage budgets, cost control measures, and overall financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across the property.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong business acumen and operational expertise.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Leadership presence with a hands‑on approach.
- Advanced English proficiency.
