Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to shape and execute the overall F&B strategy for its luxury resort. This senior leader will drive guest experience excellence while delivering revenue growth and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards and service excellence are consistently met.
• Manage budgets, cost control measures, and overall financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams across the property.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong business acumen and operational expertise.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Leadership presence with a hands‑on approach.
• Advanced English proficiency.
