Director Strategy & Business Intelligence

About the role

This senior position is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth for adidas Mexico. Reporting to the Country GM, the Director will shape the strategic agenda, translate it into actionable priorities and embed data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic planning for adidas Mexico, defining a roadmap aligned with global and LATAM priorities.
• Translate strategy into actionable projects, set clear ownership, KPIs and ensure cross‑functional execution.
• Leverage internal data, advanced analytics and market intelligence to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Country GM and senior leadership, preparing executive communications and aligning with the LATAM hub.
• Drive change management, aligning talent, capabilities and ways of working with the strategic agenda.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business insights.
• Excellent influencing skills with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Leadership experience managing high‑performance teams and driving organizational change.
