Dispatcher – Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Dispatcher who will act as the first point of contact for emergency locksmith requests. The role involves receiving calls, gathering essential information, and coordinating the rapid deployment of technicians to the appropriate locations. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where clear communication and accuracy are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency calls and collect required details from customers.
• Accurately transcribe service requests into the dispatch system.
• Assign technicians based on geographic proximity and urgency.
• Monitor technician progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain clear communication with both customers and field staff throughout each incident.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume call center or dispatch setting is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure and during emergencies.
• Excellent spoken English with minimal accent.
• Detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dispatch or call‑center software.
• Proficiency with standard office communication and productivity tools.
