E‑Commerce Director – LATAM

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Director to lead its Latin America online business. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, overseeing site operations, and driving growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for all e‑commerce site functions, including content, technology upgrades, warehouse operations and customer service.
• Partner with IT to align e‑commerce priorities with the GSI common engine platform, ensuring seamless integration.
• Lead seasonal content planning, promotional campaigns and email delivery to meet financial targets.
• Own the P&L, manage the e‑commerce budget and deliver positive ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing on electronic direct mail, banner ads, PPC, SEO and social media initiatives.
• Oversee QA testing, product and content updates, and ensure consistent branding across the website.
• Analyze web performance metrics and produce regular reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of large‑scale e‑commerce operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong cross‑functional management skills, able to coach and develop matrixed teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering growth in a fast‑moving, multi‑brand environment.
