Ejecutivo de Cuentas Regional – Ventas Técnicas

About the role

Güdel, a global manufacturer of automation and robotics systems, is looking for a Regional Account Executive to drive sales across the Bajío territory in Mexico and South America. The role focuses on meeting annual sales targets, expanding the customer base, and promoting the full portfolio of components, robotics, solutions, parts, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the annual sales budget and contribute to the overall sales goals of GÜDEL‑Mexico.
• Identify and contact potential new customers, managing their individual needs across the Bajío territory (Estado de México, Puebla, Ciudad de México, Morelos, Sudamérica).
• Identify immediate and long‑term business opportunities for the complete portfolio of components, robotics, solutions, parts, and services.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to support customer decision‑makers and close sales.
• Provide training to integrators for the correct selection and use of Güdel products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, mechatronics or a related field.
• Residence in Estado de México, Ciudad de México or Nuevo León.
• Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in heavy equipment, robust automation solutions, or related fields.
• Experience in the automotive, metal‑mechanical or logistics sectors and working with system integrators.
• Proven ability to follow structured, value‑based sales processes and manage long sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time and fluency in Spanish and English.
