Electronic Bench Technician (2+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking an Electronic Bench Technician to join our laboratory team in Mexico, Pampanga. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and assemblies, supporting product development and ensuring high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, circuit boards, and modules.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assemble, test, and validate electronic components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers on product development projects.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Manage inventory of electronic parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Electronic Bench Technician or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter).
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
• Soldering and electronic assembly techniques.
• Circuit board troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
