Email Strategist

About the role

Power Digital, an AI‑native growth firm, is looking for an Email Strategist (Lifecycle Marketing Strategist) to lead audits, strategy, content creation and setup of broadcast email campaigns and automation, as well as SMS execution. The role works closely with creative, content, web and other internal teams to innovate and optimise client lifecycle programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive email and SMS strategy for Power Digital’s clients.
• Manage daily email channel operations, including calendar, content creation, build, deployment, A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
• Build and oversee automated email programs with end‑to‑end tracking and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand guidelines are applied in all communications.
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Leverage data to continuously test, measure and optimise lifecycle programs.
• Partner cross‑functionally with other digital channels and employ AI technologies to enhance processes.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in email marketing strategy, production and full‑cycle campaign management.
• Strong analytical ability, strategic copywriting skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Hands‑on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze or similar.
• Experience with SMS campaign execution (preferred).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation and rapport‑building skills.
