Employee Experience Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Experience Analyst to support the onboarding and offboarding experience for our North American zone. You will manage new‑hire entry into Workday, host orientation sessions, coordinate with key stakeholders and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new‑hire data into Workday with high attention to detail.
• Plan and deliver new‑hire orientation, scheduling presenters and ensuring a white‑glove experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with the People Team and Talent Acquisition.
• Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, new hires and HR on onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews, providing feedback for process improvements.
• Identify and implement technology‑based solutions for task optimization and reporting.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• Some previous HR experience is a plus; junior or entry‑level candidates are considered.
• Bilingual English proficiency is an asset.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate.
