About the role

Amphenol tcs is seeking a qualified Nurse to provide medical assistance and occupational health support to its workforce in a manufacturing environment. The role involves direct patient care, health promotion, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to and guide employees requesting medical assistance.
• Apply curative treatments and provide immediate care in emergency situations.
• Schedule medical appointments and maintain records of attended employees.
• Conduct health campaigns, preventive and curative medical education programs.
• Verify the condition and functionality of medical materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to organizational safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a tidy work area and report any equipment anomalies.
• Prepare periodic reports on assigned tasks.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a maquiladora or similar industrial setting.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices.
• Proactive and dynamic attitude.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
