Entry-Level Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

Bisco Industries, a top distributor of electronic components and specialty fasteners, is seeking motivated individuals to start a sales career. This entry‑level, bilingual position offers a path to full‑time sales within 9‑12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer needs, requests, and problems.
• Establish new sales opportunities with both inside and outside sales activities.
• Perform entry‑level sales tasks with the goal of promotion to a full‑time sales role.

Required profile

• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated persistence or commitment in school, work, or community activities.
• Evidence of high performance in previous roles or academic settings.
• Willingness to continuously learn about Bisco Industries, its customers, and the industry (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Competitive base salary between PhP 212,600 – PhP 306,000 annually.
