About the role
Greif is seeking an Operator Level I to join its manufacturing team. This entry‑level position supports production of performance packaging by maintaining equipment, handling materials, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and lubricate machinery and keep the production area free of debris.
- Follow detailed instructions to operate equipment, load and unload materials, and supply tools.
- Perform routine property‑care and non‑technical tasks as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other duties assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Willingness to work in various roles within the plant.
