Experienced eCommerce Web Developer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web applications for online storefronts. The role covers the full stack, from front‑end user experience to back‑end services and integrations, working closely with product, UX, and platform teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive eCommerce web applications.
• Build front‑end experiences with Next.js/React and Angular, ensuring fast page loads, SEO‑friendly rendering (SSR/SSG), and strong Core Web Vitals.
• Develop and maintain back‑end services and APIs using .NET Core/C# and Azure Integration Services.
• Architect headless/composable commerce solutions, integrating storefronts with PIM, OMS, CMS, payment gateways, and search engines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel‑accurate, WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant interfaces.
• Optimize performance through caching, CDN configuration, image optimization, and bundle size management.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated unit, integration, and E2E testing, and enforce code quality standards.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment processors, tax engines, shipping APIs, and analytics tools.
• Participate in architecture discussions, providing recommendations for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and contribute to code reviews.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside product owners, QA, and DevOps.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional web development experience with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js/React and Angular (deep expertise in one is acceptable).
• Solid back‑end development experience with .NET Core/C# and RESTful API design.
• Experience with at least one major headless eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify Plus, Elastic Path, CommerceTools, BigCommerce).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front‑end tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB); Azure SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of eCommerce concerns such as cart/checkout flows, payment integrations, tax calculation, inventory sync, and order management.
