Expert Tech Solutions – Analytics Platform Engineer

About the role

The Expert Tech Solutions will support the effective use of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Databricks within the U.S. market, ensuring reliability, performance, security and alignment with business needs. This role delivers advanced platform solutions tailored to Nestlé USA business requirements while adhering to global standards and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support adoption, effective use and continuous improvement of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks and related analytics enablement capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve platform reliability, performance, scalability and operational health across reports, workspaces, jobs, notebooks and pipelines.
• Provide market‑specific platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security expectations and governance.
• Act as liaison between business users, analytics teams, data engineering and platform teams to translate needs into actionable support.
• Drive best practices for workspace organization, model performance, report optimization, access management and cost‑conscious usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in analytics platform engineering, BI engineering, data platform operations or similar roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Power BI (including administration, DAX, data modeling, Premium/Fabric capacity).
• Power Automate.
• Databricks (jobs, notebooks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, cost/performance optimization).
• Microsoft Azure and SQL‑based platforms.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation and monitoring.
