Facilities Management Supervisor – Oversee Building Operations

About the role

The Facilities Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the building and its systems. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor building security and cleanliness standards.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for facility‑related services.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate facility projects, repairs, and improvements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues.
• Supervise, schedule, and develop maintenance staff, tracking performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience supervising facilities or maintenance operations.
• Proven experience managing building systems and preventive‑maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with contractors and service providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance‑management software.
